    A statewide program of the California Public Utilities Commission which provides free specialized phone for individuals who have difficulty hearing, seeing, moving, remembering, or speaking.     Providers of free weatherization of windows/doors (possibly including attic insulation); furnace repair/replacement; window and door replacement; installation of low flow showerheads and energy efficient light bulbs.     Provides home improvement grants and loans of up to $24,000 for low-income home owners residing within the City of Chula Vista. Single-family homes, mobile homes and condos are accepted.   • Jewish Family Services - Fix-It Service
    Provides free minor home safety repairs and modifications for seniors such as installation of wireless doorbells, safety grab bars, hand rails, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
